FAQ

I want my dog to be part of the pack walk but i don’t want them off leash, is it okay?

It depends on the reason. If you don’t trust your dog with their recall we will be working with them on a long leash until we (you and I) are confident they’ll be safe off leash. We have no issue keeping them on a leash but they can’t be leash reactive as a bunch of dogs will be off leash around them. For leash reactive dogs we recommend solo walks.

will you give treats during the walk?

Unless your dog isn’t allowed, yes! We will make sure that the treats will be suitable for the pack. For example if one dog of the pack is allergic to chicken we will pick another flavour for that day!

What about boarding?

Let’s talk about it! It’s really important to us that the dog is a good fit with our environment. Boarding will be in a house with a fenced backyard in East Vancouver. It will only be suitable for dog and cat friendly friends as Mado (co-founder of the Mountain Dog Crew) lives in the house as well as Féline Dion. Boarding is only available for current regular walkers of the pack.

anything else i should know about?

For our pack walk, your dog needs to be spayed/neutered and up to date on their vaccines.
